TTSMaker is a free text-to-speech tool that turns written text into spoken audio. Type or paste your script, pick a voice, and download the audio in MP3, OGG, AAC, OPUS, or WAV. It supports multiple languages and voice styles, with speed, volume, and pitch controls. The free tier allows 20,000 characters per week, and downloaded audio can be used commercially. Some voices do not count toward the weekly quota.
